How to get key service

 

Any Consumer, Director General, Head Office, National Consumer Rights Protection Directorate, Deputy Director, Rangpur Divisional Office, Assistant Director, District Offices under Rangpur Division and Pratok district under the department can get service by filing complaints. Complaints can be filed through fax, email, website etc. in writing. The complainant's application must specify the full name and address of the complainant, father and mother name, phone number and occupation.
Deadline for filing a complaint:

According to the Consumer Rights Protection Act, Section 5, a person must file a complaint under this Act within 7 days of the origin of the cause. Otherwise, the complaint will not be accepted.

Payment of 25% of penalty money:

If evidence and fines are imposed in the investigation of the enforceable grievance filed, 20 per cent of the penalty collected in accordance with Article 1 (1) of the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 20 will be paid to the complainant immediately.

 

Complaint Procedure:

In accordance with Article 1 (1) of the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 20, "any person, who may in general be a consumer or consumer, notify the Director General of the consumer rights under this Ordinance or for this purpose authorized by the Director General. You can file a complaint. "

How to file a complaint:

The complaint filed must be in writing. Complaints can be filed through fax, e-mail, web site, etc. A receipt or all other proof of purchase of the goods or services should be attached to the complaint. The complainant shall mention his full name and address, father and mother's name, phone, fax and e-mail number (if any) and occupation.
